We could never accomplish everything we do without the help of a great team behind us.  They keep things humming for us, and for you, during your real estate transaction whether you are buying or selling a property.   Service is our business and Excellence is our Minimum Standard and we’d like you to meet our team.

Vivian SanMiguel is the smiling face that greets you when you come to our offices.  She’s the key person for all of our advertising placement with our listings.

Sandy Smith handles all of our files, as Escrow Coordinator, making certain we have everything complete and all signatures in place allowing us to close your escrow on time. Better Homes and Gardens/John F Finnegan Realtors is pleased to offer an online system called TransactionPoint that will allow you to sign documents virtually according to your calendar and clock.

Our Lenders

If you haven’t already been pre-approved by your own lender we generally refer our clients to several top lenders we know well and who provide excellent service.  We want you to choose who you like best.  All of these people are highly experienced lenders and know the San Mateo, Foster City, Hillsborough, Burlingame, Millbrae, Belmont and San Carlos areas well. Should you decide to buy in another area nearby, they can handle any loan within the State of California.
