Almost all Realtors do the same things when it comes to taking a listing. So why list with us? We practice real estate differently. Our job is to make sure everything needed for your home’s listing and sale has been done up front to protect you. We feel so strongly about this that after you have listed with us, we will pay for your home inspection and pest inspection before entering your signed listing agreement into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Besides making certain your home looks its best, is clutter free and shining bright, we hold your hands. It doesn’t matter how often you have moved before, or if this is the first time you’re ever listing your home for sale, things change.  It’s our job to help you walk through the process and explain what everything means.

It’s our job to refer you to the best stagers, inspectors, and painters.  It’s our job to keep your costs within budget so that the preparation to sell your home stays on budget and is done on time.  The ultimate reward is the sale of your home for top dollar.

We have taken hundreds of hours of additional training in real estate in order to represent you with the utmost skill, and care.
