Well, it’s official.  Millbrae is a Warm Buyer’s Market.  Last week the median priced home for sale in Millbrae was $1,095,000.  Prices eased down a little bit but it’s not expected that we’ll see much lowering of this median price, so it’s a good time to buy if you are serious.
