A dining table which can expand to seat 6 people and a bar counter top that seats 4. One of our favorite features of this house is the outdoor balcony with seating for 4 where you can enjoy morning coffee or happy hour while viewing the islands and beach life. The living room has a Smart TV with Roku installed to allow access to your favorite streaming apps. (Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, Disney, etc....) There are also multiple free apps available including Pluto, Tubi, YouTube, ABC, NBC etc.... Loveseat and single recliners. A pullout queen bed is also available. The 2nd floor has a full bath with 2 sinks. The spare room has a built-in closet and ceiling fanThe second bedroom has a full-size bed and an office desk and chair. It also has a smart TV with Roku. A sliding glass door leads to the stairs and a large rooftop open air lounge. The rooftop lounge offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and peak a boo views of the ocean and islands. Ricker cushion patio set, lounge chairs. You can listen to seals barking and waves breaking.An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.Many of our neighbors use the garage or driveway as an outdoor patio.
