California Insurance Crisis is Being Addressed on June 29th

California has a property insurance problem. Actually it's more than a problem is a huge crisis for thousands and thousands of homeowners. If it hasn't happened to you yet, it might. Major insurance companies have left California. If your company hasn't left expect them to raise your rates. 

North San Diego Association of Realtors is hosting a FREE community meeting so you can learn more, be prepared should you lose your property insurance, and figure out how to survive it.  It is being held on June 29th from 5-7 PM.  Please register in advance at www.nsdcrealtors.com so they know you'll be coming 

The program is being held at the California Center for the Arts Conference Center in Escondido.  There is plenty of free parking nearby. 

This crisis is affecting everyone in San Diego County whether you're in a fire zone or coastal zone. Please come and learn what your righs are, how to make sure you have coverage and be prepared.
